Overview

SignalEye® is BANC3’s flagship software-defined spectrum surveillance and signal intelligence (SIGINT) product family. It is designed to detect, capture, and analyze modern frequency-agile and fast-hopping RF threats that legacy systems cannot reliably track.

Built on a direct RF software-defined radio (SDR) architecture, SignalEye delivers wide instantaneous bandwidth, full-spectrum coverage, and mission-adaptable performance across space, airborne, maritime, drone, and ground ISR platforms. The system is upgradeable post-deployment, enabling long-term adaptability without hardware replacement.

SignalEye systems are field-proven, standards-compliant, and optimized for integration into U.S. and allied defense architectures where spectrum dominance and real-time RF awareness are mission critical.

Program of Record: NRO customer supporting NROL-87, NROL-85, NROL-91, and NROL-68 missions.

Market Challenge

Modern electronic warfare (EW) and signal intelligence (SIGINT) missions operate in increasingly contested and congested RF environments. Adversaries employ frequency-agile, fast-hopping signals that legacy spectrum systems struggle to detect and characterize in real time.

At the same time:

  • Many existing solutions are bulky, with large SWaP footprints that limit deployment on space, airborne, and unmanned platforms
  • Legacy architectures are often hardware-locked, restricting post-deployment upgrades and adaptability
  • Mission requirements increasingly demand wideband, software-defined, and scalable spectrum systems that can evolve as threats change

These conditions create a growing need for flexible, software-defined spectrum surveillance and SIGINT capabilities across space and multi-domain operations.

BANC3 Solution

BANC3 addresses these mission needs with SignalEye®, a software-defined spectrum surveillance and SIGINT platform built to operate across highly contested RF environments. Using a direct RF SDR architecture, SignalEye enables wide instantaneous bandwidth, full-spectrum coverage, and scalable multi-channel operation in compact, low-SWaP form factors.

The platform’s software-defined, upgradeable design allows capabilities to evolve post-deployment as missions and threats change—without hardware replacement—providing defense and space customers with a flexible, future-ready approach to spectrum surveillance.
